NOTOPATERA.PL ONLINE STORE REGULATIONS

§1. General Provisions

1. The online store available at notopatera.pl is operated by CRB SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, operating under the name Notopatera, with its registered office at ul. Marcepanowa 64, 02-962 Warsaw, NIP: 9512511257.

2. Contact with the Seller is possible via e-mail at: notopatera@outlook.com.

3. These Regulations define the rules for using the Online Store, placing orders, delivery, payments, and the complaint procedure.

4. To use the Store, a device with Internet access and a web browser is required.

§2. Product Characteristics

1. All tiered trays available in the Store are handmade from individual plates sourced from various manufacturers. Each product is created individually, which is why most tiered trays are unique pieces available only in a single copy.

2. Tiered trays may have minimal, natural imperfections, resulting from the handmade creation process. These do not affect the aesthetics or functionality of the product.

3. Gold-colored fittings are standardly used, but upon request, it is possible to make tiered trays with silver fittings.

4. Tiered trays are shipped disassembled, for self-assembly. Assembly is quick and simple; if needed, the Seller will assist.

§3. Individual Orders

1. The Seller offers the possibility to create tiered trays on order, including thematic tiered trays and designs for special occasions, such as birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and other events.

2. It is possible to create several identical tiered trays upon prior agreement and confirmation of the availability of appropriate plates.

3. The lead time for individual orders is determined personally with the Customer.

§4. Placing Orders

1. Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, via the Store's website.

2. The condition for placing an order is to read and accept these Regulations.

3. After placing an order, the Customer receives confirmation at the provided e-mail address.

4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse to fulfill an order if incorrect data is provided by the Customer.

§5. Prices and Payments

1. Prices provided in the Store are gross prices (include VAT) and are expressed in Polish Zloty (PLN).

2. Available payment method: bank transfer. Transfer details will be sent to the Customer after placing the order.

3. The order is passed for execution after the payment is credited to the Seller's bank account.

§6. Order Fulfillment and Delivery

1. The order fulfillment time is up to 5 business days from the moment payment is credited, unless the product description states otherwise.

2. The fulfillment time for tiered trays available immediately is usually 2-3 business days.

3. Delivery is carried out via a courier company. Delivery time depends on the chosen courier company.

4. Delivery cost depends on the chosen courier company and is provided during the order placement process.

5. The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the actions of courier companies.

§7. Right of Withdrawal

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days from the day of receiving the goods.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer should inform the Seller by e-mail at: notopatera@outlook.com.

3. The Customer is obliged to return the goods at their own expense within 14 days from the day of informing the Seller about the withdrawal from the contract.

4. The Seller will refund all received payments, including the costs of delivering the goods (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest ordinary delivery method), no later than 14 days from the day of receiving the returned goods.

§8. Complaints

1. The Seller is responsible for physical and legal defects of sold goods on the terms specified in the Civil Code (warranty).

2. Complaints should be submitted via e-mail to: notopatera@outlook.com, describing the detected defect and attaching photos.

3. The Seller will consider the complaint within 14 days of its receipt and inform the Customer about the manner of its resolution.

§9. Personal Data Protection (GDPR)

1. The administrator of Customers' personal data is CRB SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ, ul. Marcepanowa 64, 02-962 Warsaw, NIP: 9512511257.

2. Personal data is processed for the purpose of fulfilling orders, based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b of the GDPR.

3. The Customer has the right to access their data, rectify it, delete it, limit processing, and the right to data portability.

4. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is contained in the Privacy Policy available on the Store's website.

§10. Final Provisions

1. In matters not regulated by these Regulations, Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the Act of May 30, 2014, on consumer rights.

2. The Seller reserves the right to change the Regulations. Changes come into force on the date of their publication on the Store's website.

3. The Regulations are effective from May 5, 2026.
